I have Antigen scanning Exchange and NAVCE scanning the file system too. If you do this make sure you don't scan the Exchange files!!! To get a step further on what Jeffrey was saying, what if NAVCE scans the MDBDATA, thinks it's infected and quaratines it? You're screwed. Remember: Don't scan Exchange in the filesystem.

Alexander - You are very fortunate as Symantec does not support the Corporate Edition scanning Exchange. They require the actual NAV for Microsoft Exchange. Unfortunately they had to be restored from backup - not much fun!
