Is she downloading the address list before she takes the laptop off the Network. Because if she isn't, when she came back in the next day and synched with the Server it would undo what she did, as her laptop would be different than what was up on the Server.

That night, takes laptop home, logs in, next day, changes are still there from before. So...... if she logs on from home the same day she makes changes, the changes dissapear. If she waits a day, the changes work. Any ideas.....
