I have a number of Public Folders setup as calendars for meeting rooms. This allows users to easily browse through all of the rooms and find an available one. The rooms can also be booked by the user in the same way a user would schedule an appointment in his/her own outlook but by right clicking directly on the public folder instead.
I now want to be able to book these resources when users schedule a meeting in outlook by adding it as an attendee. I know this can be done if the resource is setup as a mailbox but I would much prefer to have it is a PF. I now I can make the folder available in the GAL, how can I set it up so that it will automatically accept meeting requests.
