Thanks Chris, Daniel and Tony for your responses.  I will pass this
information concerning profiles on to the admins on the other side.  I kind
of suspected that this was the root of the problem, as when these people
transferred, they took their workstations with them.

Tony - You asked, "...Same org, same site, trust setup, any RUS etc?"  I
think I answered the org/site question below, but yes...same org...different
sites.  Domains have a complete two-way trust between them.  As for a RUS, I
have no idea...I know next to nothing about AD and I am not one of their
domain or Exchange admins, so I can't give you any further information on
that point.

I'm fairly certain it's one of the subkeys in the registry settings of the
profile. I forget which one... but at my standard consulting rate I'd be
