Have they set their IE to Japanese? ... that is what fixed it for us ...

Ok so I got the entire Japanese OWA pages to come up...but still I am having
no luck with the font's generating correctly..
Can anyone give me a clue as too what Im missing here to get the japanese
fonts to correctly display in the e-mail via OWA

Ok Im trying to add additional languages to my OWA
so my japanese users get japanese font's etc and not justa bunch of
????????? marks.
(e-mail show japanese font OK in OL2Ksp1..so I know its there)
Ive loaded up the Lang pack for JPN, and still I just seem to get ???????
marks in the e-mail body
get anyone give me clue as to what Im missing here..
