Ok I reapplied on test server so Now..IF the user has their IE setup with japanese and the default language it seems to generate the correct characters of japanese in the body of the e-mail...cool..
OK BUT if say the IE has English set as default and it brings up the OWA pages in english...the japanese characters of the e-mail body are ??????? marks again I kind get whats going on..sort of...
