OK, we're actually in a similar (but not identical) situation to you, we're
5.5 on W2K in a pure W2K domain. It's nothing but sloth that has prevented
me from moving to Exchange2K. 

I guess at this point the question should be "Why stay on 5.5" not "Why go
to 2K". IF you have a good reason to stay on 5.5 then stay, it's supported
for several more years and as someone pointed out, you might be able to skip
an upgrade and go straight to Ti. 

I have a new machine on order for my Exchange box and when it comes in I'm
moving to E2K, I want the AD integration.

Yes, there is.  And I have read quite a bit of it.  They of course recommend
that we upgrade.  I was looking more for opinions, not sales slanted pitch,
from people who use/manage the product on a much larger scale then me.
