We are only looking at exporting the mailboxes in the parent company as custom recipients into our GAL and mailboxes in our GAL as custom recipients into the parent company. We would need to sync the GALs once in a day. Both the organizations are on Exchange 5.5 SP4 and windows NT 4.0 SP6. Any suggestions and pointers would be very helpful.
