Try Exmerging by date. For example all mail before 01/01/2001, then all mail between 01/01/2001 and 01/01/2002, then between 01/01/2002 and 01/01/2005 :)

Exmerge will not put more than 2gig into the PST files, so I'm a little nervous about moving these biggies without a brick style backup. I will probably end up forcing those users to clean up their inboxes but I was wondering if "Move Mailbox" would have any issues with these big mailboxes?
