Well, if you want free, then look into using the Microsoft Mail dirsync
tool. You have to make an unsupported change to the serial number of
one of your shadow MS Mail Postoffices so that the two are different,
but it is supposed to work.

Subject: Exchange 5.5 Directory sync across orgs

I'm trying to sync the directory of two exchange 5.5 orgs - ie.
mailboxes on one become custom recipients on the other and vice versa,

I've spent endless hours trying to make interorg directory sync work
(the one out of BORK) but it won't play, the messages get produced and
sent to the other mailbox but not processed, I've tried loads of
different MDAC versions etc.

I've also evaluated the CPS Systems SimpleSync product which works fine
but costs way too much, ie about 10000 USD - anyone know of any other
solutions, either Microsoft or 3rd party? I know I can do manual export
and import and even automate that a bit but I still have to do work with
Excel to get the format right to create custom recipients in the right
containers with suffixes after the display names to show where they came
from.

Many thanks

Andy
