I a workstation that has read receipt turned on. Each time they go to open or delete the receipt it gives them a dialog box that says: The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead. They click ok and then receipt either opens or deletes depending on what action they were requesting. This is just a Vanilla setup of Office 2000 with Outlook using the Corporate/Workgroup setup. No bells and whistles. What could be wrong?
