It would be a lot easier to answer that question if you had told us what SP you were on[1].
1) What version of exchange (including service packs)? 2) What version of IE? 3) What type of client? OS, Remote vs LAN, etc 4) At what point does this error occur? (after typing in the URL? After giving login credentials?) 5) Are there any relevant Event Viewer errors? [1]This is a recording.
