If you are using MOM for strictly E-mail monitoring, then you got a elephant gun for shooting small game. The last time I looked monitoring 200 servers was considered a "small" installation.
Pretty much you are covered on everything using the default settings; however, you'll want to tweak your alert levels on any queues.
