Working with MOM for the first time. (OK no smart alec remarks.) It seems that the management packs have most things you would want monitored. Has anybody found that the default settings missed an area. Looks to me they cover most of what Email admins would want. The only thing I see is adjusting alert times and configuring groups/users to be notified.
