I'm still getting these. Would appreciate if anyone has any ideas.

I seem to be getting 'Delivery receipts' every now and then for messages I
didn't send out.
What's wierd is that the content of the message says :
Your message
To: Unknown
Subject:
was delivered to the following recipient(s):
USERA on 2/24/2003 2:49 PM
USERB on 2/24/2003 2:49 PM
When I check the mailboxes of USERA and USERB, I don't see any emails from
me nor do I see anything in my SENT ITEMS box to these recipients.
I checked the Headers of these messages to verify whether they were some
kind of bogus spoofed emails and the headers were blank which tell me that
they were generated internally.
Any ideas ??
