Whenever I see that product name I think of the Blondie comic strip. I go into each mailbox and count the Sent Items.

Now we could check at the firewall/mail gateway but that'd only get outbound/inbound mail. Perfmon might give a clue (if we could stand that performance hit) and we can monitor disk growth, but does anybody know a simple way to assess how many emails per day are sent both internally and externally.
