What would these do that your current system doesn't do (easy enough to figure out) that you will need / want to do in future (not so easy)? How important is continued support from Microsoft to you? Do you have a lot of road warriors or people on remote sites with relatively slow links? Are you running Windows 2000 or 2003 active directory?
