I had a recipient that was having problems with Outlook slowing to a crawl and nothing I did fixed it so I archived the mailbox, renamed the account and then recreated the mailbox using the same NT user account (we're using Exchange 5.5). That fixed all the slowdown problems but now when he tries to send mail to someone in his Contacts only a few of the contacts show up in the list and and those that do are in there twice. Any ideas?
