Exchange 5.5 sp4 Windows 2000 Advanced Server The online defrag runs daily. I see it scheduled for 1:00a.m. to 7:00a.m. every day. Is this OK? Just wondering if I should change this. What is the recommended time for Online maintenance to run and for how long? Their is a radio button for "Always"....should it always be running?
