The problem was, or is, that Outlook keeps its own time and that was
incorrect - differing from the PC by an hour in some cases.  Some had that
little box checked in Outlook and some didn't.  The box is always checked in
Windows.

This is, or was, my problem.  I imagine it'll happen again when we slip back
to GMT from BST.

They may all be set to GMT, but is the little box for "Automatically
adjust clock for Daylight Savings" checked?  There is still an option to
do that.=20
