OK, so you could export them from Notes (however you do that), then import
them into a PF in Exchange.

That is correct the addresses are from outside sales, outside sister
companies that have been populated in the Notes address book.

Are these external addresses like sales contacts or something? Not actually
users on the system?

Because the Notes Server is going to go away when I can get the address book
issue resolved. I was hoping to beable to create another address book and
then import the notes addresses into it. We have a few Notes serveres around
the company but we are in the process of phaseing them out. So I don't want
to have anything left over from the notes world.

Why wouldn't you want to keep it connected to Notes?

If I do use the notes connector does this mean it is a one time import or do
I have to keep it connected to the notes box ?? I did try earlier in the
process to use the connector but was have a lot of issues with it since the
notes was being hosted buy a AS/400 so we didn't import anything in.
Wondering about using a export of the notes address book then puting it to
a csv file then import it into Exchange.
I would like to import it into a new address book so I will have one for the
internal and one for the external notes addresses which is what is in
question.

I believe the easiest and most comprehensive way to bring the Notes Address
Book into Exchange is to connect it via the Exchange Connector for Lotus
Notes.

I am having problem locating any info on creating a secondary address book.
We have just moved our company off of Lotus R5 and I need to import the old
notes address book in to a new address book in exchange but am finding it
hard to find any how to do articles. Can anyone help or point me in the
right direction ?? I am using Exchange 2k standard and Windows 2000 Server.

Thanks
