Lotus notes - No decent support in the channel (premium support) - core product has not been substancially updated in years, but has an update every month... requires a heafty subscrition fee. Microsoft Exchange - Ex engineers are a dime a dozen, MS has Excellent support. Documeantation O' Plenty. Client requires only network logon, not a file to access thier data (ever have a Notes user loose that file and you realize there is no backup - a NIGHTMARE!) Exchange does not have the file management that Notes does, but if that is not being utilized it is definately worth going to Exchange.
