Ok - dime a dozen... not exactally the best wording for what I was trying to get across - I work for a var, and even though we are a small shop, over half of our engineers are pretty good in any Exchange situation, but not only do we not have anyone with any good skills in Notes, but I know our immediate competition in the area does not either. So the point I was actually trying to make was that if you need support with Exchange, it's readily availible, but not so much with Notes. I would never try to belittle what I do for a living, and did not want to make it sound like that. Just to clear things up
