Sorry for the lack of detail - it's been a long week already. After two years of layoffs our ratio of servers to admins is around 180 to 1.
FWIW, I upgraded the eval version on a Win2003 cluster; went pretty well except for a version mismatch after upgrading one node that prevented failover to the other node for the upgrade. Had to upgrade the other node with the cluster active on it. In a lab this wasn't so bad, but something to keep in mind if doing this in production.
