With Exchange 2000 that happens every time you install a new server into the
organization. So make sure to reset them after installing a new server.

Subject: Spooky Public Folders

The "create top level public folders" permission has been mysteriously
re-appearing for the everyone group on a regular basis (in our Ex 2000 org).
This isn't a result of new server installations, since none of those have
happened recently. Are there any other things that can cause this permission
to reset in this way (e.g. mass user moves, restoring an IS, &c.)?

Thanks!
Aaron
