That was the first thing I found when I started investigating.
Unfortunately that hasn't happened in our environment lately.

With Exchange 2000 that happens every time you install a new server into
the organization.  So make sure to reset them after installing a new
server.

The "create top level public folders" permission has been mysteriously
re-appearing for the everyone group on a regular basis (in our Ex 2000
org). This isn't a result of new server installations, since none of
those have happened recently. Are there any other things that can cause
this permission to reset in this way (e.g. mass user moves, restoring an
IS, &c.)?
