That was the first thing I found when I started investigating. Unfortunately that hasn't happened in our environment lately.

This isn't a result of new server installations, since none of those have happened recently. Are there any other things that can cause this permission to reset in this way (e.g. mass user moves, restoring an IS, &c.)? Thanks!
