My turn to ask stupid questions :) I have a user who is reporting that when she looks at this particular public folder, the folder is empty but the status bar shows "0 items, 7 unread" (also she has a shortcut to that folder and there is a fat (7) next to it).
I remotely accessed her PC and ran Outlook /cleanviews but that did not help. What else could I try?
