I append a number to the end of the address and put him in the system. This is where it gets weird. I did a Directory Export and did two exports. First, I exported just our site of 663 accounts. I exported mailboxes, Custom Recipients, and DLs and told it to include any hidden objects. I also checked the box for including subcontainers...although I'm not aware of any. I exported the Obj-Class, Mode, Obj-Container, Display Name, Alias Name and E-mail Addresses fields to the .csv file. However, when I went and searched that file for the SMTP address in question, it found nothing. So, I went back and did the same export for the entire organization...still nothing. What am I missing?
