I guess if you use a server as a client and it has Terminal Services on it, then you can run multiple Outlooks in separate Terminal Server sessions.
Or Windows XP Home Edition and Windows XP Pro - it allows you to switch to another user profile without logging off. It does not kill the previous user's programs.
