Did you ever find a solution to this problem?  I've been scouring the
internet and have not found anything.  I'm betting there's a secret
registry setting that allows you to configure the outbound port used by
the Windows 2000 smtp service, but I can't find documentation anywhere. 
Help would be appreciated here as well!
