Greetings! We have a client that gets the following Event ID 9548 error: "Disabled user /o=[domain]/ou=first administrative group/cn=Recipients/cn=[usename] does not have a master account SID. Please use the Active Directory MMC to set an active account as this user's master account." We've tried http://support.microsoft.com/?id=278966, but that didn't help. Several weeks ago, the user had the same problem, and the only way we could fix it was to kill the user & Exchange account and recreate them. But now the problem has returned, and I'm at a loss as to what's causing it. Exchange 2000 SP4 on Windows 2000 SP4 on a Small Business Server 2000 box.
