You need to spam-mark inbound mail? Maybe it would be easier to just implement a separate non-Exchange SMTP system upstream, before mail hits the Exchange server.

The problem is, the SMTP server on port 26 is a Spam marking system, which after it processes the messages, needs to send them back to Exchange. Another, larger, problem is that it appears that if you set up a SMTP virtual server to listen on port 26, it also sends email on port 26, which is not what I want it to do. If I could set it up to listen on port 25, then send on port 26, I'd be done.
