Have you actually loaded the tape in the drive? I have used it before and liked it. Ok long introduction over. I have installed Extract Wizard on Backup Exec Server. I have installed Powercontrols on member server. I have placed first tape in Slot 1. Extract Wizard sees the drives but does not see the tape inside. The problem, according to ontrack (powercontrols), is we need the Windows drivers, rather than Veritas Drivers. They are telling me to install the windows drivers, as the product does not use the veritas drivers; I don't need to call Veritas to know this will be bad for our production backups.
