Dean, I'm not sure you understood my message.
All of my clients are running Outlook 2000 (around 1400 users). I am the only one with an Office 2003 installation and the lockup's occurred long before I ever noticed I could get in with O2K3. This is most definitely a Blackberry <-> Exchange issue. We've had about 40 users with the problem and every one of them were a Blackberry user.
