Yes, have done that as well, but only seems to be a temporary fix to the issue. I am hoping for something more long term.

I would just use O2k3 (or a client called GWClient in the 4.5 Backoffice Kit) and move all items out of his calendar to a new folder (which would allow you to use the calendar again). Then I would move all the older items back to the calendar since the problem just started occurring I figures something new must have caused it. The never items I would move in small clumps either by date or some other category until it locked up again. That would let you know what was causing the problem. It's a pain in the arse way, but it worked for me. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jeremy T. We have 4 Exchange Servers (E2K Enterprise) and 4 Enterprise Blackberry Servers (2.6). Over the last few months, we have had our Blackberry users complain of their Exchange Calendar's locking up when they attempt to access them. If another user (their assistant) attempts to open their calendar remotely, it locks that persons machine up as well. We have tried troubleshooting this to no avail and am hoping someone else has run in to this. Both MSFT and Blackberry have been useless, pointing the finger at the other companies software. Some interesting notes: * Affected calendar can be opened with Outlook 2003 and with OWA, but with no other versions of the Outlook client I am desperate... any ideas? Thanks, Jeremy --- Jeremy T.
