Quest/Dell is a cool tool, use the heck out of it -have ~150 mailboxes migrating now:) Be aware it doesn't migrate Notes (and I'm not talking the Lotus kind). That's about the only beef I have with it.

As part of a company acquisition, we need to move some mailboxes from Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2010. In the past we exported mailboxes on Exchange 2010 and then imported into a different Exchange 2010 server without issues. My question is this... Are there problems with exporting Exchange 2013 mailboxes to PST files and then importing them into new mailboxes on a Exchange 2010 server? I would assume the PST files are compatible with either version of Exchange. Worst case I could import them using Outlook 2013.
