I'm sitting here looking at a virtually empty mailbox that hasn't moved in 3+ hours so I have a different beef. /on prem to Cloud fwiw I know I can kill it, wait, and do it again ad it'll work eventually but why?

I have three minions who have limited rights to do certain thigns as well. One thing that bugs me is that if one of them starts a mailbox move only he or myself can clear the completed move request. They have both "Exchange Organization Administrator" and "Exchange Recipient Administrator" rights.
