I created an Alias Email so that when people outside the organization email
to it, it directs the incoming email to the users that I have assigned to
that email.

This is not an account. In the Exchange Dashboard, there is a  selection
called 'Alias' several tabs from the User Accounts Tab. In it you can
generate an email address, and add users who need to receive that incoming
email.

The address is;

HR@*company_name*.com

But is is not an account. I am trying to use the EMS to pull up that email
and the user emails associated with that email.

Anyone point in the right direction? Everything I am find only deals with
an actual account.
