How many devices does he have? I think ECP is limited to some small number...

This users has other devices working just fine. He got the blocked email, the devices shows on his account but it is not in ECP at all. Disclaimer. I was not here when he did this, and he has access to ECP and tried to do it himself. No idea what if anything he did, he only says it isn't there.
