How many devices does he have? I think ECP is limited to some small number...

Exchange 2010 current on SP's and RU's.

User set up a device to activesync. My default, and only, policy is quarantine
until I allow. We only allow for a select group of peeps. This users has other
devices working just fine. He got the blocked email, the devices shows on his
account but it is not in ECP at all.

Disclaimer. I was not here when he did this, and he has access to ECP and tried
to do it himself. No idea what if anything he did, he only says it isn't there.
