Probably the easiest way to do this is modify the rule in the firewall and
disable outbound smtp except for internal IP addresses.

Subject: [Exchange] Disable Test servers sending email external

Hello - I was wondering if this is possible. We have a bunch of test servers
that we need to disable sending email to the internet via their ip address or
hostname. Internal email should be allowed to flow. I have been messing around
with transport rules but cant seem to get the configuration right. Could this
be done at the connector level? If so, how?
