Hi everyone,

I have migrated most of my organization from Exchange 2007 to O365 Exchange
Online with the use of Exchange 2013 as a hybrid server. I'm now dealing with
the non-human accounts, almost all of which were setup as "User" mailboxes
instead of "Shared" Mailboxes, when many of them should have been setup as
Shared. So far so good - almost zero complaints. :)

So, users are having to get adjusted to the subtle and not so subtle
differences between Shared and User mailboxes. It is an adjustment, but most of
my users understand.

One such difference is that one of my users really likes the "Conversation
Clean Up" function. Sadly, it appears to be greyed out now that the mailbox is
a Shared mailbox. (She is using Outlook 2013, in case you are interested).

Anyone have any idea if there is a way to enable it for a Shared mailbox? Or am
I out of luck unless I convert it to a User mailbox and pay the license fee?

Thanks,

Jonathan
