you can also try to use internal DNS to fool the computer into thinking it does have another name.

Help!!  I migrated all my mailboxes over to W2K a server running Exchange server 2000.  It came from a NT 4 server running Exchange 5.5.  When I renamed my new 2k sever all he-- broke loose.  Is there a way to change a W2k server running exchange to a new name?
