Best practice is to block "Everyone" from forwarding by unchecking "allow
automatic replies to the Internet" on your IMS properties advanced button.
There really shouldn't be any valid business reasons to allow anyone to
forward their mail off a company mail server to a private mail account.

I had a similar mail loop problem last week. Is there anyway you can block
a specific person from using forwarding? I posted a similar question last
week...
Thanks
