I just changed the primary account of the 2nd mailbox to that user so she can access it. When she tries to open it, she has no permissions to do so. On other similar occasions we waited a day and we were able to logon fine. Does Exchange or NT need time to synchronize or something? If so, is there a way to force it? Any help would be appreciated, thx.
