Nevermind.

Since I still have some 2003 mailbox servers out there with replicas on
there it appears I could still use the 2003 ESM to add the 2007 server
as a replica.

Ok I am speaking about Exchange 2k7 SP1 on this one, so I do have the
management console.

In 2003 I could add or remove a replica server to a folder and have that
setting also apply to all of it subfolders in the GUI.

I am guessing this is something that I am going to have to do in
Powershell if I want that?  Or basically not at all.  It certainly
doesn't appear to be available in the management console.
