User A and I are both in the same StorageGroup. If I send the same attachment from Gmail to User A - the user will receive the mail. There is no restriction on the user account, nor at the HT or organization level. I cant find anything in the logs either message tracking etc. I have also looked at out smtp gateway (IronPort) and nothing there either. Any thoughts?
