Again looking at the message tracking for the last 4 weeks and there was less than 100 emails.

And looking at the message tracking on exchange I can see this user was able to send\receive emails to this external user. There is no restriction on the user account, nor at the HT or organization level. I cant find anything in the logs either message tracking etc. I have also looked at out smtp gateway (IronPort) and nothing there either. Any thoughts?
