I had to call a customer and ask where some servers were last week... The servers listed in our systems as the EU servers. IBM did not want to dispatch a new drive to the EU....
The customer found it entertaining that we had no clue what country the server was in yet we'd alerted them that a drive had failed. From: Steven M.
