Dispatch a new Drive to the EU?  That would have been a heck of a service call

I had to call a customer and ask where some servers were last week… The servers 
listed in our systems as the EU servers. IBM did not want to dispatch a new 
drive to the EU….

 

The customer found it entertaining that we had no clue what country the server 
was in yet we’d alerted them that a drive had failed.

Ran it through testing and Installed it on piles of servers, so far no issues…
